With over 23 years of experience in the IT industry, Jagadeesh is a passionate IT Director who helps global clients thrive through digital transformation. He specializes in competency building, leadership consulting, product engineering, and solution architecture across a range of industries, including manufacturing, automobile, BFSI, retail, e-commerce, and testing.
Jagadeesh has a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale software products and services, successfully engineering best-in-class global software products from inception to delivery. As the Practice Head at VITA, he leads the product engineering and competency building efforts through cutting-edge software technologies. Jagadeesh is committed to designing and delivering solutions that excel in addressing global business challenges, building strategic alliances, and incubating innovation and delivery centers.
Janardhan is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over three decades of professional experience across various industries and businesses. His expertise includes Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Fraud Control & Revenue Assurance, Operations, Business Transformation & Due Diligence for new investments. With over two decades of experience in the industry, he brings in a customer-centric approach to solution design and has played a key role in championing and directing the conceptualization of various modules, functionalities & design for VITA. Janardhan’s past experience includes serving as the CEO of a Multinational Company. He is also associated in an advisory capacity with venture capitalists, providing guidance on planning capacity building, governance & compliance systems.
Nilesh is a highly accomplished and result-driven professional with over 29 years of experience in the BFSI sector. He is a Commerce Graduate with Technical Expertise and has played a key role in the development of global FINTECH products, including VITA. Nilesh has architected functional solutions for taxation recon tools for banks in India and is responsible for translating VITA’s functionalities into technical wireframes and building the business rule engine for tax compliance. He has also designed and developed solutions for rural banks/NBFCs, TPA (General Insurance), and stock brokers. Nilesh’s exceptional customer relationship management skills ensure that he engages with customers at all stages of the engagement process.
Rajesh is a seasoned Solution Architect with more than 18 years of experience designing and developing large-scale software enterprise systems using MACH architecture. He is passionate about helping global customers align their technological platform with business goals and objectives to create a highly effective model. As a practice head, Rajesh is responsible for identifying opportunities and risks for delivering products and services, including identifying competitive products/services, opportunities for innovation, and assessing marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to business success. He specializes in E-Invoice Solution Architecture, Consulting, Real-time Stream Processing, Middleware Integrations, Docker Containers and Kubernetes, CI/CD, Event-driven Architectures, Micro Services, CQRS, DDD, and Event Sourcing. With expertise in cloud services such as Amazon (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and IBM Cloud Computing Platform, Rajesh has worked in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, automobile, retail, BFSI.
